A JOINED RESOLUTION

Let it be known to the members and institutions of the VSI and to all
manner of people whom it may concern that as of this 5th day of December
2022 (international calendar), the Commonwealth of Arcadia has ratified
the VSI preamble and bylaw and considers them to be good and binding
acts of international law.
May our accession to the VSI help it to grow in capacity and resources
and strengthen its ability to organize and educate. May the sisterhood
of free, democratic, and socialist societies be inspired to grow by this
act.
Given in the Communal City of Crabtree, this 5th day of December 2022 (ISC)
